This place is a joke! How can you not give any pain medication for a deep wound 3 inches long and down to the muscle?!?! BEWARE OF THIS SO CALLED HOSPITAL!
Very disappointed at the service here - Our baby was born a few weeks early. We entered the hospital late night which that nurse was great but when the next shift nurse took over I was very disappointed. (This is before baby came) every time the nurse came into the room she never knocked and left the door wide open *I was pretty exposed and naked at times which I was upset that my husband had to close the door several of times and even told the nurse to close the door but no changes took place. Next is where I was truly mad and upset *Dr. Judith Stucki which I wouldn't recommend to anyone - Our baby was born slightly early and had a hard time breathing and had to be moved to Childrens Hospital in Milwaukee - this whole time Dr. Stucki had nothing to say but all negative words. As new parents we were shocked and didn't know what was going to happen next due to all the negative she was expressing that this wasn't good at all for baby. She just kept saying this is not good. I would never go back to have care from this Dr. in the description. Within an hour Childrens Hospital Team came to pick up our baby - Thankfully this is when we all felt truly calm and finally felt positive. They mentioned that baby looks great, with their great service they calmed us down and we knew everything was going to be okay and this is normal for babies born early. We left home after a few days from Childrens with baby being very healthy.
I went to this emergency when i fell off my roof & fractured 3 ribs, I received nothing but good care here , very patient staff , considring i wasn't the most pleasant patient due to my pain. I recommend this facility to any one with trauma related issues, as far as my bill yes it will be expensive , but not like Holy family that was one of my choices & thats one of many resaons i chose aurora.Thank you!
I am not sure why the reviews are so low. I have been here a few times for different needs and they have always been amazing with me. The E.R Doctors really treated me well and made sure I had everything I needed, both my wife and I have been in their ICU, and it was an amazing stay. If I had one bad thing to say is the beds where uncomfy, but to be honest, that is all.
Excellent medical facility. Full range of services. Competent and pleasant medical staff. They make an effort to ensure your appointments are timely. Getting price information for other than optometry services can be challenging (and negotiated rates can - amazingly - be as much as one-tenth the charge master rates).
