I highly recommend people stay away from this car wash !!! The guy that calls himself "the manager" is a very grumpy and disrespectful individual.
Came with my kids to wash our vehicle today and had the worst experience ever when suddenly a guy came yelling from nowhere: "NO BUCKETS, NO BUCKETS!!, CAN'T YOU READ ENGLISH?", because he saw that my kids (3, 5 and 10 years old) had ice cream buckets with soap that I had poured from the facility's soap brush mixed with a bug removal solution that I had brought with us..., I had asked them to try to get bug guts off - mostly to keep them busy or perhaps have some fun - while I was soaping up with the "facility's brush", In fact, this is what we were doing when "the so-called manager" came to angrily impose the 10 commandments in a beautiful Saturday morning... what a way to start the day!! I hope the owners or people that care about decent customer service will take action and send this guy to anger management or hire someone else with the proper attitude to run a business with a friendly face for a peaceful and small community like Two Rivers, my kids were afraid and wondering who the hell this guys was... Man!! I feel sorry for a business like this that instead of improving they seem to go down to the point of being completely despised by people that all they want is a decent service for their money. I had used $20 in quarters before this guy scared us off form this place, I hope he can buy lunch with that later.
I can deal with an old, broken-down, and neglected place, but not with poor customer service... really! good customer service can change everything! .
