One of the cooks hates his job and expressed it to me as a customer. As I was waiting for my food he held up 2 finger guns to his chin and said did a shooting motion with them. Very unprofessional
My family and I just left McDonald's. The person who took our order needed more training on the register. There was a lot of mistakes made. Once we got our order I had to go back up 3 times because things were forgotten and we got the wrong items. The floor was so slippery that I almost fell 4 different times. I was not at all impressed.
Not satisfied at all. My mom, step dad and I went through the drive through and my mom ordered 2 cheese burgers and only got one cheese burger and they gave her a sausage egg mcmuffin instead of her second cheese burger. Service sucks here. Everytime my family and I come here we have crappy service. Examples being, we never get exactly what we ordered or if we're inside we're stuck in there waiting for our food for 30-40 minutes whether its slow or not. Will not be coming to this McDonalds ever again and I would highly recommend that others don't either unless you don't mind your orders being wrong or waiting forever just to get cold food.
Bad service. Slow taking orders. Slow filling orders. Usually mess the order up, (even the simple ones). And your the a..hole for mentioning it to them.
Stop on Sunday at 10:30 sat in drive up for 10 mins behind 6 people. Came in side and it took another 10 mins for service looks like plenty of people working but no one knows how to organize them. The food is already cooked how hard can it be?
